So the worry wart Deb says Patrick why don’t you check online to see if our flight has been affected. So he does - then stated Oh, it has been cancelled - we all look (I thought he was kidding). No,no, no you have the wrong time, not 9:45 pm, we are on the 11:29 pm flight. When he changed the time - no difference – CANCELLED. AFTER LOTS OF STRESSING AND TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH JET BLUE THE 3 MUSKATEERS ( Patrick,Megan, Deb) DECIDE TO DRIVE INTO THE AIRPORT TO GET SOME EYE TO EYE CONTACT. No Luck. Kelly and I finally got to talk to a JB representative and she told us the next available flight was not until Monday - 5 days away and it was a very bad itinerary. After much ado we were able to cancel that one rebook on Alaskan Airline for Friday. Mucho much more $$$$$$$$! We called JB to cancel the lousy flight booked for us on Sunday, Jan 2nd, and when asked why our flight was cancelled she stated it was not due to weather , most likely because of a Flight Crew Repositioning- In layman’s terms that means they had no Flight Crew to man that plane and the many others they cancelled tonight. WHAT!!!! Then they would not book on another airline hence the five day wait for the next flight. Poor management of flights and personnel during the biggest and busiest Travel week of the year. Jet Blue gets a F- for customer service.
This was Patrick's Face when he realized we had to stay for 2 more days.
